20 NO scrubbing of tires on the start or restart of race.

23 If at the start of the race a driver has a problem getting started he must take his kart to

the infield. If a driver develops a problem during the race, he is to go into the infield

as quickly and safely as possible. You must get the go-ahead from the Flagman to

return to the track and must stay out of the way of the other drivers.

24 Two laps to go: Should we have a caution after the two to go signal the karts will be

lined up single file and we will restart the race with a green, next lap white, and final

lap checkered. The exception to this is, if the Flagman has displayed the White flag

A protest of un-sportsman like conduct (no fee) will be heard by the drivers

An engine protest must be accompanied by a cash fee of $100.00. MACKA can call

for inspection of any kart regardless of finishing order with no fee.

If the protested engine is found legal the protested individual will receive $50.00 with

$50.00 retained to pay expenses. If it is found illegal the protester will be returned

$50.00 of his protest fee. An illegal competitor will lose all points and awards for that

race and will not be allowed to drop that race.

29 If a driver declines a protest, he loses points for that race, cannot drop the race, and

may be suspended. If a driver declines a protest for the second time he will be

     suspended from MACKA

If there are any blatant violations of the rules the driver will be suspended from MACKA
